Our Company Holman Property Inspections (HPI) is an individually owned and operated property inspection company. Bob Holman is our owner and primary inspector. Bob has over 35 years of construction and home performance experience. Company Focus We are a conscientious service-oriented company that strives to assist our clients to a thorough understanding of the condition or performance of the property being evaluated. The majority of our inspections are property inspections, for homeowners and for real estate transactions. We are also qualified to carry out building performance evaluations and specialty inspections, such as, chimney, roof, and pool inspections. Company History Bob started in construction in the Santa Clara Valley in 1972 and obtained his California Contractors License in 1982. He started inspecting homes for a national company in 1999 and has performed thousands of inspections since that time. Who We Serve HPI’s scheduling office is located in Santa Clara County, but our service area includes the eleven counties adjacent to this area. We inspect in the Central Valley on a regular basis and we are also familiar with coastal properties from Monterey to San Mateo County. What we Do We inspect all types of properties including: Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Townhomes, Duplexes, Triplexes, Fourplexes and Light Commercial.
